Managing people is tough,but being a leader and a mentor is tougher...I wish when I get to a leading position,I'll have the same level of respect ,awe and decorum as my boss, with people that I work with ...I find it kinda hard to be patient and thoughtful when the responsibilities grow and deadlines are looming but it depeneds on the character and perhaps the personal motivation and satisfaction that at times drives one's conduct.we'll see! For now I have to keep buying donuts for the mechanics and wearing my semi-kind smile to make sure I get the data that I need to work with...
